Welcome to the Shamrock School of Irish Dance.
We are the Premier Studio
for Irish Step Dance instruction in the Hartford
and Farmington Valley areas of Connecticut.
The mission of the Shamrock School is to instill
in every dancer self-confidence, poise, an
appreciation for music, and a love for dance.
The Shamrock School is dedicated entirely to
the art of Irish dance, and our passion is
reflected in the successes of our students
in the variety of local, regional, national
and international competitions that they compete.
The Shamrock School is a
family-owned business, operated by the mother/daughter
team of Sheila
Stevens and Shannon
Barry.
Sheila, Shannon, and their assistants provide
instruction for beginner through Championship
level and adult. The Shamrock School of Irish
Dance has two main locations, in Plainville
and West Hartford, as well as a satellite
location in Canton.
